Sub-processors

These are the authorised processors referred to in clause 2.9 of our Terms of Service. Remato uses them to process personal data that the Client uploads to or creates in the Service.

Some of our processors may be located outside of the European Union but any data transfers are always covered with a necessary data protection mechanism (e.g. European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses). Remato may also involve other processors at the Client's request (e.g., for an integration with the Client's accounting software).

Changes to this list

Under clause 2.10 of the Terms of Service, we notify Clients by e-mail before adding or replacing an authorised processor, and Clients may object within 7 days of receiving that notice.
