Construction Site Management System
Starting from October 2023, a new law requires main contractors to regularly submit data on individuals’ onsite duration to EMTA.
Remato has developed a platform that meets all national requirements and promotes worksite management and safety.
From small to large construction sites, both in building and infrastructure projects.
The Remato BOX card reader is a user-friendly solution for construction sites. Plug it in and the device is ready to use.
When entering or leaving the construction site, people swipe their work cards at the Remato BOX card reader. The operation is immediately registered in the Remato system and forwarded in accordance with the requirements of the law to TTKI.
In addition to the national standard card, Remato also allows you to use alternative formats (e.g. customer cards, bus cards, office cards).
Remato is suitable for construction sites that require additional security measures (including turnstiles, car and pedestrian gates). We can offer a complete solution tailored to your needs in cooperation with BlackPoint Rental Service. It is also possible to integrate both renter and your own hardware.
Access management is convenient and flexible – registration and access control are all in one system.
Users can let the mobile app automatically check them in and out according to their location or do it themselves with a press of a button.
The Remato mobile application works on construction sites without electricity and can be used in parallel with card readers (including Remato BOX).
Mobile check-in and out is perfectly suited for infrastructure sites and large construction sites.
Both workers and guests can complete their site induction before arriving, saving time and ensuring they’re ready on day one. They, or their supervisor, will receive an SMS or email to start the process. Using a web browser or mobile app, they can review all required documents (Word, PowerPoint, videos, and more) uploaded by your site team, with auto-translation coming in 2025.
After reviewing, they take a simple knowledge test and confirm induction with a signature, using either screen drawing, Smart-ID, or Mobile-ID. Once confirmed, they automatically gain site access.
You can also use the digital info board to share site plans and updates with the workforce. Broadcast this info quickly via SMS or push notifications, keeping the entire employment chain informed in real time.
Unlike regular site access systems that require manual entry of people and their work cards upon first arrival, Remato automates the process.
Employment chains, personnel, companies, work cards, visit records, and more are seamlessly synced with TTKI, ensuring full compliance with legislation and saving your team valuable time.
Remato Site Management offers various types of reports that provide a good overview of the activities on the construction site and enable more benefits from the arising data.
Reports related to legal obligations are automatically sent to the TTKI system and don’t require additional actions from the site personnel. If desired, it is possible to adjust the times of site visits.
The reports are filterable based on different parameters and contain real-time data of movements happening on the construction site.
The Remato system provides a clear view of companies and individuals in the employment chain who are on the worksite. Identifying individuals in the chain is quick and easy. The system also allows for efficient management of people’s contact information and setting up personalized access rights.
The Remato Site Management reduces the effort of data entry – information on the employment chain comes from the e-Tax Office’s TTKI module and updates automatically.
The Remato dashboard keeps you updated on site activities, showing real-time updates of individuals, companies, and the status of access control devices present on the jobsite. The dashboard allows for quick identification of disturbances and unauthorized access attempts, helping to prevent potential obstacles in site operations.
Key actions (manual check-in and out of people, assigning a new chip card, reporting current state to MTA) can be done from the dashboard with just a few clicks and do not require additional data entry.
The Remato mobile app includes both management and registration functions, making it an efficient tool for site personnel in managing the worksite. The offered solution is perfectly suited for infrastructure construction and provides the ability to fulfill registration obligations even during periods without electricity.
The app offers project, site, and work managers up-to-date information on employees present at the site and provides feedback on the status of access points.
With the Remato, it’s possible to turn a site personnel’s smartphone into a card reader capable of reading NFC cards. This fulfills the legal requirement to ensure the capability of reading national cards on the site at all times. It also allows for manual corrections to registrations.
The Remato TV view displays all essential information in a compact view, offering constantly updated and current data on the presence of companies at the worksite. The refresh of displayed elements and adjustment of screen size are automatic, providing an optimal result that is pleasant to view.
The TV mode can be used according to personal preference and desired room layout, with both horizontal and vertical orientations.
We offer a highly versatile set of configuration options, allowing for easy determination of who can enter the site, when, and from where. This ensures the security and smoothness of entry and exit at the worksite.
Remato Construction Site Management also reduces the administrative burden on the management team with features like automatic check out, guest card management, user permissions, and construction site geofencing.
Remato Site Management is already in use at many construction sites across Estonia. Fill out the form to request the service on your site.
